Exchange Policy
CITA Brand does not do returns we work on an Exchange Policy Only.
CITA Brand offers size advice which can be found on the products description or you may use "Size Chart". It is understandable that not all items will fit every individual, this is why we offer exchange only.
You MUST contact us within 14 days from the original shipping date to be eligible for an exchange. If your item does not fit as desired you may contact us @ Citabrand@gmail.com specifying the following:
- Original email/name you used for the order & your order number
- The name of the item (you will find this on item under descriptions)
- The item you will like to be exchanged for (Please note you can ONLY exchange it to items of the same value above)
We will provide you with an address to return your item to.
Please be aware that CITA Brand does NOT cover any shipping or handling cost for returning your item back to us, this will be the customer's responsibility.
Please ensure that you get proof of postage and insured delivery option to be sure that the item will be returned to us safely. CITA Brand does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us. This will be the customer's responsibility.
We will only accept items which have been unworn, unmarked, still with original tags, and packaging. CITA Brand will review the item and check these requirements. CITA Brand reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not follow the requirements stated above. If the item is damaged /faulty in its original condition we will exchange the item and ship this out to you.
